January Cocktail Club

We spent the last few clubs exploring non-agave spirits from Mexico. Now it's time to return to our first love!!

Join me for this month’s Cocktail Club to enjoy four classic cocktails like you've never seen them before. We'll try premium tequila, mezcal... and a few other surprises. 😎

What is a Cocktail Club?

It's a pop-up bar in a local cafe, restaurant, or other cool space. Except even cooler! Every cocktail club has a different theme and matching drink menu that is available for one night only.

Drinks are served in "courses" like a tasting menu, and it's a communal experience. You'll get to chat with other cool people, while enjoying great drinks, and learning about each one.

Your ticket includes all your drinks. So, you won't pay anything the day-of!

Please note that most drink menus are free of common allergens, but I can always accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions where needed. Just send me a message after booking!

Your Host

Caro Griffin is an expat who accidentally moved to Mexico City five years ago and never looked back. Since then, she’s fallen in love with showcasing Mexican spirits in great cocktails and sharing them with others.

She's a Certified Mezcal Sommelier with the Institute of Agave Spirits, but considers herself an equal-opportunity sipper.
